Our core services, including CV/Resume Writing, Cover Letter Crafting, and LinkedIn Profile Optimization, involve the creation of personalized, custom-written content tailored to your individual career profile, experience, and goals. Once our writers commence work on your order, they are dedicating their time and expertise to your specific project.
Because of this highly customized nature, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced on an order. The resources, including the time of our expert writers and support staff, are allocated immediately upon the start of the project.
2. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
While refunds are generally not provided post-commencement, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you believe the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or is of unsatisfactory quality, we urge you to contact us immediately.
We are fully committed to resolving any concerns through our revision process. Our packages include a generous revision period (unlimited revisions for 12 months) to ensure the final documents meet your expectations and align perfectly with your career objectives. We will work with you diligently to make any necessary adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the final product.
3. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can occur. Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of Proresumes management:
- Order Cancellation Before Work Commencement: If you cancel your order before a writer has been assigned and any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
- Service Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver any service within the promised timeframe (and any mutually agreed-upon extensions), you may be eligible for a refund.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account from the date of our confirmation email. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind after work has already commenced.
- You have approved the final documents.
- You did not achieve a specific job or interview outcome, as job market success depends on many factors beyond the scope of our documents.
- You failed to provide the necessary information for us to complete the work after multiple contact attempts.
